AEON 2025

• Each college may send a maximum of 50 student participants.
• Registration fee: ₹1.5 lakhs per college for a team of 50 participants (₹1 lakh for AEON FEST + ₹50,000 for conferences).
• Additional delegates beyond 50 can attend the conference for ₹2,000 each but won't be considered Aeon participants.
• Each college is permitted to have up to 2 faculty members/team managers at no additional cost.
• Registration deadline: April 10, 2025.
• No on-spot registrations will be entertained.

• Open to all current UG's, Interns, and PG's Students of only BNYS.
• Participants must arrive 30 minutes before scheduled event time.
• Valid college ID is mandatory for verification.
• Event schedules will be communicated one day before the event.
• Participants in multiple events are responsible for managing potential schedule conflicts.
• Use of intoxicants is strictly prohibited.
• Modest attire is requested for all events.
• Players must have college jerseys for sports events.

Rules vary by event. Key guidelines include:

• Only one team/participant per college for most events.
• Specific time limits for each performance (typically 3-4 minutes with 1 minute grace period).
• Music must be submitted in advance in MP3, MP4, or M4a format.
• No offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate content permitted.
• Judges' decisions are final for all events.

Sports events include indoor, outdoor, and athletics competitions with specific rules for each:

• Team events follow standard international rules (FIBA, ITF, IHF, etc.)
• Most competitions follow a knockout format.
• Each college may enter one team per event with specific player limits.
• Proper sports attire is mandatory.
• The referee's decision is final for all events.

Yoga events include Artistic Group, Property Yoga, and Blindfold Yoga:

• Artistic Group: Team of 5 players, 3-minute performance with perfect synchronization.
• Property Yoga: 1 girl & 1 boy per college, 10 postures of competitor's choice using property.
• Blindfold Yoga: 1 girl & 1 boy per college, 5 compulsory asanas and 3 optional asanas.
• Each final posture must be maintained for at least 5 seconds.
• Modest dress code must be maintained.
